What this site is

A reproduction of data published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, arranged by county. It is information, not advice, and it is not a complete list of your options.

What the figures are

Every premium, deductible, out-of-pocket maximum, star rating, sanction, service area and enrolment count is taken from a published CMS file and reproduced unchanged. We compute none of them and we do not estimate what you personally would pay, which depends on things this data does not contain.

The data is restated by CMS through the year and can be revised. Each page names the release its figures came from. Before you act on anything here, check it against Medicare.gov, which is the authoritative source and the only place to enrol.

What we do not do

We are not affiliated with Medicare, CMS or any plan. We are not an insurance agent or broker, we sell no insurance, and we receive nothing from any insurer, agency or lead buyer for anything you do. Listing a plan is not a recommendation of it, and the order plans appear in is the order the data sorts them — no plan can pay to be listed, ranked higher, or left out.

Reusing the figures

The underlying CMS data is in the public domain. Our findings pages and their JSON feeds are offered under CC BY 4.0: use them, including commercially, with attribution to Advantage Index and a link.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We try hard to be accurate and we correct what we get wrong, but we do not warrant that every figure is correct or current, and we are not liable for decisions made from them. Your coverage is between you, your plan and Medicare.
