If something is wrong

Tell us what page and what figure, and we will check it against the CMS file it came from. If we got it wrong we will fix it; if the published data is wrong, we will say on the page that it is disputed and point you at CMS, who are the only people who can change it.

If you want something removed

If you are an insurer or a plan and want a page taken down, write and say so and we will remove it. We would rather have one page fewer than an argument.

If you want off the email list

Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe. If it fails, write and we will remove you by hand and confirm.

What we cannot do

We cannot enrol you in a plan, change your coverage, tell you which plan to pick, or see your Medicare record. For any of those call 1-800-MEDICARE, free, 24 hours a day, or use Medicare.gov. If you want help from a person who is not selling anything, your State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) gives free unbiased counselling.
